Agent Profile

Cari has long been recognized as one of Austin's most accomplished and knowledgeable real estate professionals. She is a former homebuilder who has built over 250 homes in the Austin area, but now devotes her time and expertise to helping buyers and sellers. Cari is a native Austinite, a UT graduate and has over 30 years of real estate experience. Her family has a long history in Texas and in Austin.

Cari's detailed oriented project management skills, honed from her years as a homebuilder, are one of the keys to her service oriented success in helping sellers get top dollar for their homes. Cari's proven expertise and dedication to "polishing" and staging all of her listing mean that her listings sell. And Cari's energy and persistent sleuthing skills prove invaluable in finding just the right home for her buyers, even if the home is not in MLS.

Cari's integrity, creativity and achievements have been recognized in feature articles in Professional Builder Magazine and the Austin American Statesman. Cari has twice received the Community Revitalization Award from the Austin Board of Realtors.

Cari is a distinguished member of Austin Luxury Network, Platinum Top 50 Realtors and she is a participating Real Estate agent in the The Moving Families Initiative.

Cari is very active in the Austin community specifically in the areas of public education and arts education. She is a former member of: the Austin Independent School District Community Bond Oversight Committee, the AISD Fine Arts Task Force, is the past Chair of the Friends of the McCallum Fine Arts Academy, and served on the Kennedy Center's Any Given Child Initiative. She is currently serving on the boards of the Austin Creative Classroom Fund and MindPOP, and is the Co-Chair of McCallum High School's year-long 60th Anniversary Celebration. In addition, Cari is one of the founding members of the Shoal Creek Conservancy, servers as a big sisters to a 9 year old little sister, through Big Brothers/Big Sisters. She is also a member of the Texas Exes and The Womans Leadership Council of the United Way.
